Why throw tons of money down the drain when someone clicks on your property, but isn't interested enough to contact you. Pay-Per-Inquiry means you only pay for the serious rental candidates!
2. List Multiple Properties Within One Account
Fund your "single account" and list as many properties as you want to access those funds. That means you could fund your account $25 and list 50 properties (if you choose). For those management companies that have more than 5 properties, please contact us to discuss how we can do a mass upload of your properties into our index of vacation rental properties.
3. Pay A Minimum of Just $1 Per Inquiry
You choose how much you want to Pay-Per-Inquiry (minimum of $1) and can change it at any point in time. Your listing will be returned in the search results based upon 3 main factors: if you have chosen to be a Featured Property (returned at the top of all search results), what your Pay Per Inquiry amount is and finally, by the date you listed your property. So, if you are booked for a few months, drop your PPI, if you need to fill in some slots, raise your PPI(Pay per inquiry).
