How does eVaca Work? It's Simple...
1. Register
Register as a property owner. It's free to register as an owner and begin receiving the benefit's of a Pay-Per-Inquiry marketing model. CLICK HERE to register now.
2. List Your Property(s)
Check the email you registered with and click the link to verify and list all your properties. You will then simply fill out an online form with information about your properties for potential renters to view including photos. During this process you will also choose the amount you would like to "Pay-Per-Inquiry". Your account will only be deducted the amount you bid when a potential renter actually inquires on your property. You can list as many properties as you would like.
3. Fund Your Account
With as little as $10...and, eVaca will triple your initial deposit up to $25 through January 2008. Getting started on eVaca only requires a small initial deposit into your eVaca account (minimum of $10). This deposit goes directly into your account and will be applied against the per-inquiry costs you establish. There are no additional fees and as a "Thank You" we will triple your initial deposit (up to $25) through January 2008. You can Feature your property to get to make sure it is returned at the top of all local search results and list as many properties as you like - all your inquiries will be withdrawn from your single account.
4. Begin Receiving Inquiries
There are thousands of visitors at eVaca every month. Visitors will search on the location(s) that they would like to find a property to rent. When they find a vacation home rental that they are interested in, they can inquire on the property. This inquiry will go directly to the email account that you registered with for your listing. Then you work directly with the renter to answer questions, sell them on your property and reach the ultimate goal - rental of your vacation property! |
